Dr. Amy Reale is an American clinical and school psychologist trained in New York City, and lived in Singapore for 9 years before relocating to Spain. She travels between Spain and Singapore for consultations, specializing in psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and executive functioning coaching for children, adolescents, parents, and families. She supports young individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity challenges, behavioral concerns, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Dr. Reale also guides children navigating significant medical conditions, family stressors, neurobiological conditions, and academic pressures.

Dr. Reale has extensive expertise in executive functioning coaching, helping children and adolescents build essential skills such as planning and organization, time management, emotional regulation, impulse control, task initiation, and attentional management. She equips students with practical strategies to overcome challenges related to executive functioning deficits, enabling improved academic performance, greater independence, and enhanced confidence in day-to-day activities.

Internationally recognized for her research, Dr. Reale specializes in working with mothers and infants experiencing bonding difficulties associated with peri-natal anxiety and depression. Dr. Reale earned her Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Clinical-Child and School Psychology from Pace University in New York. Her extensive clinical background covers hospitals, schools, clinics, and child development centers, encompassing psychotherapy, comprehensive assessments, executive functioning coaching, supervision, consultation, crisis intervention, and professional training.
